Tutlee is a peer-to-peer tutoring marketplace where students teach students — no lecture halls, no gatekeeping, just people who recently learned the material helping the next person learn it too.
We started Tutlee because the best explanations of a hard concept rarely come from someone who learned it twenty years ago — they come from a peer who was stuck on the exact same problem a few months back. Tutlee connects learners with verified student tutors for one-on-one sessions, and with Study Rings — small, structured group sessions where students prepare for exams and stay accountable together.
Founded and registered in Tallinn, Estonia, Tutlee is built for students everywhere — from Lagos to London, Toronto to Taipei.
Traditional tutoring is expensive and hard to access for most students. Meanwhile, millions of students who just mastered a subject have both the knowledge and the motivation to teach it — they just don't have a platform built for them.
Tutlee gives every student two paths: get help from a tutor who understands exactly where you're stuck, or turn what you already know into an income while helping someone else succeed. Today, that starts in Tallinn. Tomorrow, it's everywhere students are.
Tutlee is built by a small team who believe learning works best when it's shared, not lectured — and who are building the platform we wished we'd had as students.
