Treat every learner and tutor with courtesy. Harassment, discrimination, and abusive language have no place on Tutlee.

Be honest

Represent your qualifications accurately. Academic fraud — including having someone else complete your assessments — is a serious violation.

Show up

Attend sessions you've booked or scheduled. Cancel or reschedule with reasonable notice when plans change.

What's not allowed

Harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior toward any user
Academic dishonesty — completing assessments on a learner's behalf, or tutors doing a learner's schoolwork for them rather than teaching
Sharing another person's personal contact details or session content without consent
Attempting to move paid sessions off-platform to avoid Tutlee's safety and payment protections
Impersonating another person, institution, or tutor credential
Uploading or sharing content that is illegal, obscene, or infringes on someone else's rights

Study Ring conduct

Study Rings are open, peer-led spaces. Everyone joining should contribute constructively — asking genuine questions, sharing accurate information, and helping others stay on topic. Hosts may remove disruptive participants.

Consequences

Violations may result in a warning, suspension, or permanent removal from Tutlee, depending on severity. Reports of harassment or academic fraud are reviewed by our team, typically within 24 hours.
